Refunds and Cancellations

To cancel a subscription or recurring payment, you must submit your cancellation request before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and treat the dispute as a breach of these payment terms.

Late Payments
For invoice-based payments, full payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances until payment is received in full.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes based on our net income. If we are required to collect or pay taxes, those amounts will be added to your invoice or charged to your payment method.
Currency and Conversion
Prices are listed in the currency specified on our platform. If your payment method uses a different currency, your financial institution or payment provider will apply their exchange rate and may charge conversion fees.
